About Me

Hi! I’m a teenage girl from Canada who has a passion for traveling and gets to do it pretty often. Because I get to do it so often I always had this idea of sharing it with the world somehow. A few years ago I came up with the idea for the TeenTourist (there was a lot of tweaking along the way of course though). For this, I didn’t have a goal. I just wanted to be able to share a little bit of my perspective on traveling with the world since I feel very lucky to be able to travel to these amazing places. Now, if you have read one of my articles you will already know that the way I write is a little different…. I find all travel articles are really boring, long, and very hard to get through. So with this project, my goal is for it to not be your “average” article and add some personality to it. So this website is for those people, including me, who don’t want to read the same thing over and over again about the same place. With these articles, you will be entertained and will get all the information you need to travel to amazing places. Another way to describe my articles is that they’re articles about “traveling for dummies”. Simple, fun, easy, and straightforward with a bit of sass. I hope you enjoy this because I did try to make these unique and interesting. And if you want to get more updates keep reading the site, as I plan to add more as I travel the world in years to come.
